Interlocking Tiles?
The basic steps in the process of manufacturing of interlocking tiles involves Proportioning, mixing, compacting, curing and drying.
- Preparation of mixture:- A concrete mix of cement: sand: stone chips in M40 grade is prepared.
- Moulding:- The aggregate is poured into moulds for settling.
- These moulds can vary in shape, size and color.
- Vibration Compaction method:- For impeccable finish of the interlocking tiles Vibration compaction method is used.
- Curing:- This mixture is then left for curing and harden for the several days.
- Demoulding:- Lastly, Pavers are removed from the moulds size and then ready to use.
